Hi datsun fan,s iam buying a A14 from a friend and i wish to rebuild it make it alot faster without
spending a huge amount$$$ so iam thinking efi head work cam and so forth.
Can anone give hint,s? or the whole plan?

Now A14 is 85HP, while A12 was 69HP. Even the twin-carb A12GX was only 83HP. Just put the A14 in and go... that's how to do it without spending a lot of money.

EFI will cost huge money on top of a rebuild. If you were looking to spend money on a rebuild, you may as well get some head work done and put a cam in it that will go with a set of twin webbers. Without buying carbies this could still cost over $1000 if you build it your self. Ddgonzal 100% correct, the cheapest horse power is a simple A series upgrade.
