ive found an old 1500 ute with a reco motor, 4 speed on the tree and 3 months rego for $1500 ono.... has anyone had any experience with these old girls? would this be a worthy buy as a work run about?

the old 620's are great utes....a little squshy though for those that are taller then 6"...i used to just squeeze in but over all a good workhorse

and is it a well body or tray back??

this is a 1500 ute is there a difference between the 620 ute or are they the same thing? i have absolutly no idea

same ute...its like the 510's are 1600's here....bute yes 620=1500 ute

ok this has a lil 1500 in it that was rebuilt 8000kms ago.... im looking for something just to run me to work and back and pick up bits and pieces

theya are apperently pretty good motors and fuel economic...but dont quote me on that cause mine never had that motor...i have always had the L series

yeah id prefer the L20 for a bit more go..... it would be a pain in the ass to do the swap

they arent that hard to do really just a few little things have to be done but overall pretty easy
