thats pretty open ended....

you can buy a kit from maddat

you can mount it all yourself

some people mount it under the dash, there has been quite a few photos of this lately

I used a Ford econovan master cylinder under the dash. Mad mouniting for it on the pedal assy. I then have a motorcycle resovoir container on the firewall in the engine bay.

Ive started an under dash one using the original pedal but put it out side the pedal box to give me access to it. Its in my project builds thread Gotta get back on it actually to busy wrecking cars rather than building them lately. Theres quite a few great examples around the wiki.
