just need to know what size the oil return in a CA18det sump is, need to weld one into my DE sump so i can refit it and see if the engine actually runs

so OD of the pipe and the length it stick out from the sump would be great...and maybe some decent pics of its location too if anyone has some

dont have the return that comes off the turbo yet so dont have anything to go on

looking at the return off the turbo i think i'll be modifying it any way as my turbo will be sitting lower, so the length of the return i nthe sump isnt so important

ok, can anyone get me a size for the return before like 6 tonight....really want to have the sump done tonight so i can start the engine and make sure it will run

hoping someone might even have a t25 or t28 sitting around with the oil return on it that they can measure

I just went out and meassured mine.
I have a T25G - The outside diameter of the rigid
return line is 16mm and the same for the sump.
