as in a CA conversion?

power steering, no one really needs it in a 1200
ABS, learn to brake properly and you shouldnt need it
rack and pinion, a couple of setups have been put into 1200s. usually its to solve space issues

but all 3 of those things are most likely not worth the effort

my cars still not to bad to steer with a smaller steering wheel, bigger wheels, more camber and more castor...well not when your moving anyway
cant really turn the steering wheel when its sitting still to easily

but to get true power steering you need a rack, otherwise you could have power assisted steering with a steering box but it would require another steering box to be fitted which would be about as much work as fitting a rack unless you got real lucky
