Putting an 1800cc engine in a 1200 should be outlawed. 1200cc is all anyone needs, and there is always the A15 for crazy fiends.

K-series? That is unthinkable. I would have gone for a TC-series at the least.

Pfft K series, Why the F do you need such a thing when the DATSUN A series exists.

But then why do you need an A series when there is the ca18

the starlet motor is one of the few toyotas i like, its quite grunty for a 1.3, so a good choice to not need engineering and all. but how he has converted it to rwd i dont know.

This is from the 1st and 2nd Gen starlets so were still RWD back then.

If this is the guy who built up a Hayabusa powered Toyota he seems to know what he is doing. I wouldn't mind that efi hardware on my A series.

It would have been an unforgiveable crime if he had done this to a coupe but it's only a mangy old sedan!

at least now he has 72kw from an engine that wouldnt weigh more than an A series and he can get 5 speeds alot cheaper and easier

but he probably should have just bought a ke20 to put it in
