Hey I am planning on getting a 79 210 soon and I want to change the rear to look like the jdm rear. Does anyone know what I have to do to achieve this? Will the jdm skinny bumpers(both in the front and rear)bolt right on or do i have to do some mods? I just want it to look like my b310 back home. I know it might be hard work but I am willing to do it to get the look that I want.

Unkown. But I would guess you just remove the bumpers and either bolt right on, or adapt a bracket. Should be easy.

Looks like all the 'structure' between the bumper & the body attaches to the bumper. If you can get JDM brackets & a bumper,it should go on. Now the big question, are you bringing it back? A 2 door sedan would be great as an improved production car, & a swap to right hand drive would be fun. The little buggers are getting close to the 30 yr limit for private imnports.

Yeah I'm pretty sure I could source bumpers and brackets from Trinidad or on Ebay. As for the right hand drive conversion, I would love to do that, but where am i going to find a RHD B310 front clip? Plus I gotta find someone who could do the conversion for me. A RHD B310 in the US would be killer!!!

Yes you can install the one piece JDM bumpers both front and rear. Just make sure you get the bumper brakets that go with the one piece JDM bumpers. You should also get the JDM grille, as it will eliminate the turn signals in the grille, much better look.
