You can get new ones from Nissan but they are about $25.
All the B210 and B310 caps will fit, so take you choice at the wreckers.

No wreackers out here in the boonies and 5hr drive to nearest Nissan dealer. Remember "Deliverence"! I live in Australia's version Hillbilly Hell. Spend enough time here and you can actually feel your IQ dropping. If you are interested, grab an Atlas, open up a map of Queensland, find Brisbane (Bottom Right) then follow the main hyway due west for about 1000k or so just where the map changes colour to a red. On the edge of that is Charleville. You'll get the picture.
Senior' Gonzalas, you don't happen to have a Part Number for those caps by any chance?
