Hi Guys

Is it possible to keep a 4 or 5 Manual flow board gear box for a Datsun Bluebird 1200, that has 3M Steering Wheel Gear Liver ,if so what would be needed to tail it ?

Datsun Bluebird 1200 is from the early 1960s.

What exactly are you asking about 4- or 5-speed floor shift transmission?

Datsun B110/B210/B310 transmissions are for the A engine. The Bluebird 1200 has E engine, different altogether.

Hi ddgonzal

Simply to change Bluebird 1200 to Floor Board transmission with wither A series Gear box or E series Gear box, But it is very difficult to fine E series Gear box here, and also it should be at least 4 Gears Forward,(but the Bluebird is 3 Gears )

If you find a master mechanic-fabricator they can do it. Otherwise no it does not fit.
