I have a quick suggestion for the layout of the photo album. All the members with personal albums run the whole way down the page. Perhaps we could have a link to the members albums. That way the new photos would be alot easier to access.
My other idea is to move the 'recent comments' for the photo albums on the main page to where the 'recent news' section is to make it more noticable. I keep forgetting about the photo albums down the bottom and miss out on interesting stuff.

I'm reorganizing the front page, I will try to make it more easy to keep up.
As for the link to the personal album, it's a bit harder, but will see what I can do.
