not sure what carbs these are there is no numbers anywhere only letters ISO on they are 1 1/2 " on the butterfly side

Looks like a Hitachi 38mm (1.5 inch bore) to me, dome-tops are pre-1974 Compare to this  Tech wiki: Hitachi Twin Carb
