alot of people recommend Megasquirt, very user freindly, relitvley cheap and simple to get running and tune with a laptop.

You can get a kit which you put together or buy it already put together. you can get them off ebay not sure if anyone in Austrailia sells them? just do a google search.

I have used Autronic in the past with great sucess, their systems are also very relible and user friendly but a little costly.

It all come down to your price range, what EFI system are you going to use? EFI harware? custom?

Personal opinion..

Megasquirt is quite difficult. But the online manual and forum are VERY informative. And when you think of it, it can't be that different from other systems. You still have to input all the data about your setup. No matter what setup it is.

MS is very flexible about what sensors you use too. You can use many different types of ignition input and coolant sensors. I recommend using EDIS and GM type sensors.

You can pick up EDIS from ebay for about $150AU I think. You can use commodore v6 or v8 coolant and air sensors.
