Hi all,
Can anyone help with advice on the wiring of the tacho in my ute.
It didn't have a tacho originally so just want to make sure.
I have the wiring from where it meets the speedo sorted.
My question is about the "loop" wire connected to the back.
I'm presuming it pics up a pulse from the coil....
Where do the two ends connect to?
I guessing one must be to earth, should the other end go to + or - side of coil ?
Or are my assumptions incorrect ?

Thanks for any help

Adam
