hey, just thought i would put up some pics of my 1200 coupe! i had another project build going on here when the car had a 12a and 6speed in it so it may look familiar! after ALOT of thinking about what i wanted out of the car and how i wanted it to perform i decided to ditch the rotor and put a ca18det in it! at the moment the motor is standard with aftermarket exhaust manifold, T28bb turbo, adjustable cam gears and 450x300x76 front mount intercooler. behind the motor is a 5 speed with short shifter! the body has been taken back to bare metal and all rust and dints repaired! it sits in primer so i can test fit everything before it gets painted! have a r31 diff being shortened and a r31 fuel tank to go in! have big plans for the motor but thats a bit down the track yet!

Red timing cover looks really good, you might have some troubles using an S13 rad with the piping of the plenum.

Got a feeling this car is going to look really good.

thanks mate, i have a s13 all alloy radiator but having dramas with it sitting too high (bonnet clearance) and the hose position, so im getting a custom pwr one made! its expensive but this is my dream car so its worth it! will also be able to get the radiator inlet in a decent spot so my engine bay doesnt look like a bowl of spaghetti!

Coming along very nicely. What R31 tank you using ? Wouldn't R31 wagon tank fit without cutting out the 1 inch deep wheel well in the coupe ?. Just a thought we had a wagon one in a bluebird sedan with full size wheel well.

stripped interior.removed tar on floors to check for rust.left tar on tunnel for sound deadning.gave the floor a light coat of tar paint to ensure it is sealed.
