Any recommendations on the best way to roll guard lips

I am suffering a bit of guard rub with my lowered springs.

I have always used a baseball bat to roll my fender lips. Take the bat, or similar round wooden object, and place it between the tire and fender. Roll the car forward and back a few
times allowing the bat to creep along with the tire. Depending on the diameter of the bat and the angle at which it is held, this should curl the offending lip right nice. I hope this
