is there such a thing as a complete parts manual for the 1200 coupe & sedan thats uploaded on the site somewhere? If not it'd be pretty helpful if someone has one & would create it in a searchable format, pdf, etc...

If its here I haven't found it which could just be me if not any thoughts on this?

Thanks ,Evan

Yes, more than 1/2 of the catalog is in the Wiki. There is a Search box at the bottom of the wiki pages.

PDFs are not usually searchable.

The catalog is A4 sized, too large to scan using a regular scanner. So I've been adding the PNs manually as time allows.

Then there is the matter of which catalog? USA, JDM, Australia, R-drive, L-drive, South Africa etc. I have the USA catalog, the very latest (which was last updated in 1974, and still the current on as of 2007, typos and all).

is it an exploded view style of catalog ? thats what I meant by searching a pdf or searching the index of a pdf to find a page with the correct exploded view info on it.

searching just the part numbers seems like a more difficult method, are the parts alphabetized in the Wiki then the # is associated with it?

I have tried searching a few individual parts in the Wiki thru the search window w/o much success, probably me though.

Yes it is exploded view. Here is a sample:

wiki: Front Suspension

Except there are no part names in the exploded view in the catalog. I added those to the diagram.

If you use the Search button at the bottom of the Wiki page you'll find stuff. If you use the search at the left, probably not. If you use the Go button, you won't. Use the search button. Search for suspension . Keep it simple.

cudo's to you David for all your efforts at putting up the numbers, I can see how handy that book would be for some of the obscure parts.

I do use the search window @ the bottom of the page its a bit of a challenge though, I'll keep my searches simpler.
So if I wanted to find the parts pages for the engine compartment & hood how would I find that?

1. Go to the wiki page (click wiki on the left side of this page)
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page. In the search box type:
hood
3. Click Search (at the bottom of the page)

It will list all the articles with 'hood' in the title, then all the articles with the word 'hood'. The first article "Hood" has many part numbers in it, except for the hood per se which is NLA so I haven't bothered to enter it yet. But the seals, latches etc are all there.
