hey guys i have a toyota 4 runner. im having problems with the clutch and slave. ive rebuilt them but i cant get them to bleed up. aparently i have to bleed the single clutch master but how do i do that?

UPDATE
ive rebuilt the master and slave and they seem to work as the slave piston travels about 1.5cm but i still have a clutch problem. is there any chance the clutch could have shat itself? its only 6-8 months old

To bleed a master cylinder:

1. Slightly loosen the fitting for the hydraulic line at the master cylinder
2. An assistent press and hold down the pedal
3. Tighten the fitting
4. Assistant release the pedal

It makes a mess. Flush the engine compartment with water when finished.
