Dogleg Trans problem

I juz install Dogleg Trans to my b110.
But when i drive using 1st,2nd,3rd n 5th gear,i hear whining sound from the trans.
But 4th gear was ok.
Wats the problem?

Fourth gear is direct, and so the only gear that doesn't transmit power through the countershaft.

So maybe a countershaft bearing is worn.

Have you verfied the gear oil level is correct?

input shaft bearing.. there is no load on it in 4th gear...

I think bout tat too...
But it happen only when i throttle...
When i release throttle,the sound goes off at all gear...
I think i hv a worn gear transmission...
Any idea??

Its what those guy sed.. Its just because its under far more load when the throtle is open.

I juz replace the oil+treatment d...
But the sound is still there...
If bearing sound,the sound should be constant without being effected by acc or deacc....
Tats is only my opinion...

But the is only load on the counter shaft when accelorating or useing the gears to decelorate. witch is when it is load enough for you to hear..

U mean like im goin down hill n using engine braking,the counter shaft will still hv the sound??

Yeah maybe? If there is enough load?? accelorating probly produces more load.
