the wiki says this - " There is one LSD for ratios up to 4.111, and another for the larger ratios " - is this true & does it mean one could use a H145 LSD in a H150 housing/carrier & connect the 150mm ring gear to it along with the pinion gear as well.

any info appreciated!

Unknown but I doubt it. The H145 LSD is designed for the H145 carrier.

I guess I mis-read that, I assume that statement is specific to the H190 rearend then only ?

Ed I checked the motorsports catalog

H145 L/S assy # 38420-H1020 , H150 L/S assy #38420-A1265

H145 ratios: 3.9 , 4.11, 4.375, 4.625

H150 ratios: 3.545, 3.70, 3.889, 4.11, 4.25, 4.375, 4.625

All of the pieces parts for the H145 & H150 LSD are different.
