Pretty sure they are the same diameter, Z struts may be shorter but that is as far from gosple?

Z inserts are about 45mm shorter than 180B ones. Yes, same diameter.
My 1200 has 180B (large axle) struts with 260z inserts. I shortened the strut tubes, so I can confirm this.
