If an s12 Silvia is an earlier model than an s13 Silvia..
I'm expecting that's an s5 Silvia rear end

That's like a 60s/70s model Holden diff.

S13/14/15 = irs
s12 = floating axle

and scotts setup is the S13 irs rear end cut down ,and im pretty sure he said 2500 for the shortened complete rear end (correct me if im wrong)

scott does 2 different setups
for those who want 4 stud he does the s13 rear end
and those who want 5 stud he does the s14 rear end
unsure on the package price but he also does them fitted for around $4000.00 approx

doesnt look like a nissan diff to me, awesome welds on the housing though lol

why would scott use different cradles for 4 stud and 5 stud...when all the stuff that determines stud pattern is interchangable between the 2
guessing that if he does infact use s13 for one and s14 for the other that the cradles and arms would all be the same

S12's had both solid rear axles and IRS. The FJ powered ones all had the IRS set up. The CA 18's had a solid rear axle.
