was looking at the maddat covers today, has anyone put one on? if so whats the mounting points in them like? does anyone have any pictures of the inside of one of them, the website doesnt show much.

any other ideas on doing up custom hard covers?

you could weld up a frame using small box steel or whatever then cover it with whatever you want, use VT bonnet struts to hold it up and solex locks to lock it down.

At $1500 they are not cheap but the quality and fit is perfect. I have one on mine and have not used their fitting kit which reduced the cost significantly

ZigZag, thats what i have at the moment done up and as much as it looks good it does wear heaps over time and im debating whether to bother doing another or customizing a maddat one, i was going to talk to some guys that do fibreglass and see if i can get something like that done up but a little different.

i dont have the full utes try so to speak i have a small panel just behind the firewall that has been made up and it just allows the cover i have now to sit flush against the whole body
