The Austin (Texas) Z car club had a car show this last weekend, as was posted a few times last week. There were several rows of Zs and a few other late model Nissans. One roadster and two
510s showed up and I brought two 1200s. Andy (errnstak) brought his car too. Well, out of all the cars there, yours truly took home the third place trophy! Okay, they lumped me into the
510 class due to lack of non-Z attendance. If I knew at the start of the day what I know now, I would have entered my other car and offered to pay Andy's entry fee just to fill out the
class of non-Z non-510. To tell the truth, I would have felt kind of bad doing better than an actual 510 in the 510 class but I think I could have gotten over it. All in all it was a nice
day of looking at other people's cars. Thanks again to John Roper (tens_and_twenties) and Pat Anderson for helping with the preparation and transportation of the two cars. Have a day. Tim.

Always feels good to win a trophy, especially when the cars you beat are the ones getting all of the attention. My little coupe has done quite well against the
mights of commodore's, falcon's, monaro's, 1600's and the likes.
People are actually starting to take notice and ask questions.

Shame, but it looks like the coupe may be sold in the next few weeks so the little coupe may have seen it's last show. (with me anyway)
