took my car for a tune with a straight and recent respray, now im picking it up and noticed dents, scratches, oil stains and he still whats more than the quote i signed for? what should i do just pay or get money of the price??

That doesn't sound good at tall. Take photo's of it with the date and times in the bottom corner of the photograph and make sure you get it all documented and then then ask about it.

I guess you'd better do it sooner than later before they say you 'must have done it when you were driving'.

That's sad news. But see how much can be buffed out (scratches) and cleaned off (oil), and talk to your painter I reckon.
