Look through the classifieds chief there are a couple of sets up for sale here (from members Casey, Noteven and real_lifer) and then there is a set on ebay as well (real_lifer's set).

I have a full set including manifold (for a GX head), also I have the choke cable. I'm in Las Vegas NV USA , if you wanted to check shipping. I think the weight is about 12lbs.
