Guys, L20b to stumpy 5 speed conversion, after a LONG time, I've got back into the conversion.

What clutch / flywheels are guys using - R30? - 200b?

I don't have a clutch or a flywheel at present and I'm after something light, and cheap!

Use the stock L20B clutch. 200mm with the 63-series spline.

R30 stumpy or sss stanza stumpy?

if its an R30 get a 6 cylinder flywheel, dont know which one would be lightest but they take a bigger clutch, and doesnt cost all that much to have a flywheel lightened. then a 280zx turbo clutch has teh heaviest clamping force

if sss stanza you have to use L20b flywheel and clutch as the 6 cylinder clutches dont fit in

most 4 cylider clutches have the same bolt spacing, but are only 200mm, think 1600 ones are smaller again, 720 and z18et are the same size as 6 cylinder ones
6 cylinder clutches are 225mm

Went with the r30 clutch & fly, weight difference between the 4 cyl & r30 flywheels out of the factory is unreal!
