this low life ripped me off on ebay for 2 iphone 4's few months back paid and recived an email saying it would be sent rego post. never recived them and he tells me on the phone that he messed up and send them normal post so i asked him for the ime number to the phones ?? cant give them to me

i fill out the online fraud crap took me 5 hrs to get it all together was about 50pages long send it off via express post, talked to a ci in bairnsdale the talk to him and then come back to me and said they think its a cival matter
now im going to the next step of going to my local mp and explain that i dont feal the ci did his job properly if he had come back with proof from australia post that it was sent and the 2 ime numbers all would be good.
also placed a cival matter but that also cost me more time and money and i will even have to take time off work to fly to melbourn from sa

this guy riped me and atleast 2 others off at the same time im 2600 out of pocket and just wondering if any one else out there had an issue with this guy or no any one that has or even no's this low life

or if any one no's a good top notch cival lawer in melbourn that i can hire

how did a guy in bairnsdale get i phone 4's before they came in aus if it was a few months ago? they only been around 2 months? good luck- dont like your chances even cival lawyer style.

can i ask why you say that ? i brought and paid for the items 2 days before the release day and i was told they would be sent the day after release

i wish i had, when paying for them i went to do paypal but due to the figre it wouldnt allow me to transfer that much so rather than me be a bad buyer i thought i do a quick bank transfer :S

Did you try and settle it through eBay?

yes ebay are no help wat so ever wouldnt even give me his adress or any thing, i had to recover that in other ways thank god for face book n my space sites

People in this kind of game usually don't have one, good enough reason to steer well clear from the start.

he had good feedback rating now he doesnt tho got 4 neg with in a few weeks :S, and i defently have the right person

I just want a phone with big number buttons, loud loudspeaker for handsfree
and easy to use without all the crap. Seems like I need to go back to 1999.
