Could I get some clarification on what Datsun 1200 models were available in DX option/trim?

Could I also get some detail on what the DX series actually offered?

DX Bonnet?
DX Grill?
DX Dash?
DX Steering Wheel?
Engine?
Gearbox?

etc etc

DX used:
* plain bonnet 1970-1971
* pointed bonnet 1972

Actually all trims, even STD used the same body panels. Interiors and badges differ.

All of them, including 1200 pickup and wagon. Or did wagon only come in standard, semi-dx and super-dx. Depends on the year and the market.

So is the DX trim similar to the GX and GL trim? I'm sorry I'm confused now.

If the two door sedan did not come in GX format but in DX format hows does it differ to GX exactly?

DX = Deluxe
GX = Grand Luxe

They are totally different. GX is two steps above DX. Here's the order:
1. STD
2. DX
3. GL
4. GX
