Just wondering if Datsun 1000 seat rails will be a direct bolt in on a 1200, any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don't think so levey, the front studs go down into the seat mount (in a 1000) and the 1200 mount from the front so I think the 1000 rails are missing the little tab at the front?

I'm probably confused, can take some pics tomorrow for you if you need? My original seats are out and about with the rails still on them.

Thanks Chris, sounds like I might need to get some 210 or 310 mounts. Not happy with myself for ditching the originals!

Yeah 120y ones are good because they come as separate units, good for aftermarket seats.

Thanks mate, do you want to sell the rails?
Or I'll just borrow them for rego.
Might be a few weeks before I need my welder again, anytime you need it.

I'm thinking about getting aftermarket seats and bolting the rails on (when my finances recover from xmas!) so buying them would be best for me.
