Hey guys, ive learnt alot from these forums so heres my build. My build started about year and half ago. I will try and edit the thread as i think of things ive missed.

History:
datsun 1200 1979 Metallic pearl blue
worked a12 built/flat top pistons,large cams twin 38s. Bare metal body respray.
I am the third owner bought it off mike and i think he owned it for 1 year.
old plates were AF41TI and mike put on the oda70 - datto ones
Bought car from mike 9/12/06

rebuilt ca18det, bought from forum member - later found out motor was #OOPS#ed bores worn (oversized) and crank cracked.

got my new cooler/radiator wanted everything to be behind grill.

fuel tank fitted, used the stock service panel hole for lines to run through. Tank is mounted back from cabin for weight position.

dr datto is only doing part time car work now (busy with other things atm) has moved workshop 2 times. My car is been moved to new workshop on tuesday to finish off car.

Car is now at new workshop Monro racecars :)which is alot closer to home. Got my rims from Frkyca, thanks mate. Waiting on parts from maddat ( heater box, heavy duty clutch pedal).

Just recieved my 2871 external gated housing t31 v-band looks sexy. Going to be fitting a compound turbo setup later down the track.
2871 feeds a 3582 :) picture says a 1000 works

Just looking at your tread , your ute is going to be an animal.

Wow that's a pretty full on spec list! I'm keen to watch this develop. Compound setup will be very unique when running. Good stuff mate
