hey guys will this fit perfectly with out hiting the headlights? even though it says 600 its full length it 780mm should i get the core size or overall size?

do you want to fit that cooler behind the grill? check my build thread, the width is going the problem with a ca18 not the length. I take it your running a 13b so you might have more play. I just fit a 500x300x73 core behind the grill but i had to use a single pulley setup.

it wont fit behind the grill , i was gonna put a GTR cooler in my ute but it took up the whole front of the car. it would hit the h/lights.

Will definately hit the headlights. I have a 450x300x76mm in the front of my sedan. And with the steel grille and s13 alloy radiator I got it all to fit behind the grille and still have enough room for the ca18 and thermos. Just take your time

so the best overall size to use is 450x300 or is that the core size

That's the core size, people very rarely refer to intercoolers by the overall size

My cooler is this size and fits in there behind the grill.
From tank outlet to outlet each side its 780mm and gets in there. Fits good i think but it shore is big

Yep my cooler is that size too and fits between the headlights and and behind the grille
