I'm trying to decide which is better for my 72 b110 coupe. A Ka24 or a Ca18. Which one is faster? Which one Is easiest to fit in? Which one will be more easiest to find parts? Please help I only have a few days to figure out which one to go with.

Road Reg or Track Car?
If Road Reg; Where do you plan to register?
If you are in Victoria the engineering (power to weight) will only allow CA18

I take it your in the US since your talking about the ka24, because we didn't have them as standard fitment over here. Are you talking about the turbo ca18det? Or the na version? If talking na I would use the ka24 as obviously you cant beat cubic inches!
I'm unsure how popular or easy to get ca18's are to get over there so I can't answer any more questions lol.. And if your from aus I would go the ca as parts are everywhere, abd can be road regoed

I doubt the Z24 manifold would fit the KA24. Best way to find out is compare the manifold gaskets. If they're the same part number, then it's a goer. Surely the KA24's are all fuel injected. & a Z24 carby is a pollution one & wouldn't be a good choice. Maybe a Weber or small Holley?

Would it be possible to get a late model Nissan Micra, fit the 1.8 litre motor from a Tiida & then turbocharged it? Your answer must include parts numbers for the conversion. You have 12 months. Commence.

Z-series wont fit because KA is multivalve engine
There is a KA24I engine with single central efi, bolt a carb to that
Or just use the efi, it is 8 wire hookup
