I was wondering what gearboxes the B310 sunny coupes had? I know the wagons had 5 speeds but I've looked around and cant find out what was in the coupes. The sunny I'm looking at has round headlights if that matters.

I dont know what motor is in the coupes either? A12's or A14's? I guess that determines the gearbox bolted to it too.

i think, coupes come with A14 dogleg... not sure about your country.

Some have the samll engine, some the large. In my country, it varies, some wagons have the small engine, some have the larger. And some coupes have a 4-speed.

Hmm thats make things...complicated lol.

I guess I'll find out when I see the car. Untill then I can dream it has a 5 speed and A15 :P It does however have an inbuilt tacho in the dash.

Most coupes in Australia came with an A12 & either a 56a 4 speed or an auto. The A14/A15 only came in some of the wagons. sorry if this shatters your dreams. Buy the coupe, then install your own A15 & 5 speed. Did anybody see that Sunny wagon in Vic on E-Bay the other week. One owner, A15 engine & I bet it had a 5 speed. Sold for $700 with rego.

Yeah that sounds more like aussie sunnys, damn lol.

I thought it had a A12/4 speed but I was nice to think it did have a A15/5 speed.

I saw that, good buy if you had somewhere to finish it/ strip it. Was up in the mountains a few hours north of the city from memory.
