Come join NWAA on August 6th & 7th for a fun weekend of autocross at the Packwood Hampton Mill site. Our goals are to have a fun laid back weekend with lots of runs.

The Hampton Mill site is one of the premier sites for autocross in the NW. Average courses are .9 miles long and runs are in the ~60 second range. We typically can run 3 cars on course at a time so lots of runs are the norm. You can put in more runs during one of our practice weekends than you get running a full season of regular autocrossing with most clubs. 50 or more runs is not hard to achieve. We put over 60 runs on the 1200 last practice weekend.

Camping on site in the main building is available as well as at local campgrounds. Lights out in the building is 10:00pm so partying needs to be done at the local campgrounds, not the event site.

NWAA practice autocross registration is open here-

Gary do you have to rejet the carburetor for the mountain elevation of Packwood?

No. The elevation at Packwood is only 1051' so no changes are necessary.

I am worried about running in 2 weeks at the HooDoo ski bowl lodge parking lot (Oregon invitational shoot out) though. Base elevation is 4600'. That's enough to be noticeable, especially in a car that has 50.8 WHP at sea level...
