Hi i know you have to work from the inside out when re-doing the manifold bolts..

but is there a recommended torque setting?

Also should it just be the gasket or is exhaust cement required as well?

Cheers,
tom

Just the gasket plain with no sealer. Torque is 6.5 - 10 ft.lb. (0.9 - 1.4 kg-m).

sealer is just when dodgey mechanics re-use the gasket
and limit your port areas with blobs of it.

re-torque after a couple of days, they always seem to loosen themselves after first use, never torqued them just done them quite tight with normal sized spanner... cant get torque wrench to most of them
