Hi all looking for another flap style exhaust manifold in good working order the manifold John kindly sent has a broken stud and a friend said he'd use it if I can find another!

Located in northern Sydney happy to pick up or pay postage just has to be in good nick I just want to get my car back on the road!

You can replace a stud fairly easy.

Just wondering what size are the existing studs and if I was to tap a new thread would you know where I could get high tensile studs in thenext sizes up?

High-tensile studs are not required. In fact, it uses the same studs for the exhaust pipe as for the manifold-to-head.

Get them from your Nissan parts dealer:
* 08213-82810 STUD (fixing manifold to exhaust tube and cylinder head) (11 per car)

But if I happen to stuff the thread getting this stud out and need to tap another is there a decent place to buy studs? What is the current thread onthe stud I.e m8 1.5?
