Just wanted to post a quick note to say how much I like your website. I recently purchased my 1200 Coupe. I live just outside of Phoenix Arizona in the USA. I've been into Datsun's for a long time. This 1200 is a 1972 with 43,500 original miles and its in great condition. I also have a 1965 L320 Pickup (1200c) with 48,000 original miles that I have owned for many years. Both the 1200 and the L320 still have their original paint.

Thanks for all the info I have found about 1200's on this website. Great Info!

Here is a picture of my Datsun's, I hope I uploaded them correctly.

Dale

Very nice, stock 1200's are fairly rare..................mainly because there are so many hop up parts for 1200's that it's hard mot to tinker. There are a few of us on the west coast, I do believe we have another member in the Phoenix area?? There is a wide range of interests here to, those of us who race them, those who hot road and folks like yourself with stockers.

ZigZag - Thanks, I've had my L320 for about 17 years.
powerbench - Thanks, good luck in your search!
Rallytwit - Thanks, Yea I see a lot of modified stuff out there and I like them too. But I will keep mine pretty stock. Might add some aftermarket wheels from back in the day just to change it up sometime. There is another 1200 coupe in our local "Desert Datsun" club.
