how to adjust handbrake?

hi i was wandering how you adjust a handbrake on a 120y. I adjusted the rear drums then went under the car but couldn't find the handbrake adjuster their was a nut I loosened but their seems to be nothing to turn to tighten the cable?

It's possible the cable has stretched so much that you can't adjust it any more.
