AFAIK, some use same carburettor, some use 'different' spec.

i used to have 3 b310, my first and second was 'local spec' (malaysia). they both use same carb as b210. my third B310, which is import model, used slightly different carburetor. yes i have that ex. temp gauge in my import version b310, and idk what is it about. but the carburettor differs. some sort of 'ugraded' version.

Yes, the carburetor-to-manifold packing (gasket) is the same

However, the internal carburetor gaskets may differ.

Some have a warning light to indicate if the catalytic converter is overheating.

If it is an actual gauge, I believe that is not a factory Datsun item. I've not heard of nor seen one.
