Are rear brake shoes and drums same for a bw68 as a h145/h150 and h165?

That way could swap my Existing h150 shoes and drums onto bw68 as it needs shoes and drums machined

maybe ring bursons and ask them to check/tell you part numbers for the brake pads for the two diffs
