I have recently bought a B110 series and am slowly doing alright in getting it prepared for roadworthy . I have a mechanical fuel pump that I need to reassemble. It has no part nr on it. I wonder if anyone can assist me with a manual or diagram or other guidance? The pump I have doesn't seem to resemble the ones that I am finding. I hope the photo helps.

That fuel pump does not suit the A-series or A12 engine

Ok, that would explain a bit. I was starting to assume that it was a replacement. I will see if I can find something suitable.

Just go to your local auto parts store and ask for a Nissan 1400 mechanical fuel pump.

A Nissan 1400 fuel pump is suitable for B210 series engines, but not for 1971-1973 B110 series engines. So when you go to the auto parts store, tell them which year of engine you have.

A12 with front distributor takes a different Fuel Pump than A12/A14 with mid-mount distributor.

By the way, that pump may be suitable for the A12 engine -- but we cannot tell from just the photos of the top piece. It is not standard fitment for Japan fuel pump.
