im having a bit of trouble with the wipers in my ca18det 120y wagon
they were working fine but now they are playing up
the move very slowly when the switch is pulled but then they stop, however once they reach right up if you turn the switch off they return to their normal place at normal speed, although when the headlights are on they dont move at all
any ideas

Your voltage is low. Check it with a voltmeter. At 1500 RPM it must read above 13.5 volts.

With the headlights on it might drop to 12.5.
