If you get super stuck I just pulled one out of my 200b. No smoke, drove it from Bendigo to Geelong, overheated a few times though. It is in Ballarat/Geelong but can send it up.

No idea why it overheated unfamiliar.

The previous owner had bypassed the heater core which helped keep it cool. It did not appear to use any water. I'll have a look at it for you on the weekend :)

Bypassing heater makes it warmer I thought as 1 less place for heat/air transfer like rad.

I'm just looking for something to pull down and maybe learn how to put back together.
