its a copper type undercoat paint from somewhere
dont know the name or where to get it but have
seen quite a few metal fab guys use them

Ive only seen it used for electroplating, but sure you could prime over the top. Just google it

dont know but someone in NSW with a kb10 used it also but cant find his posts

It's a weld thru primer. So when welding 2 panels together the bare metal that gets sandwiched doesn't rust from the inside out. Yes you can primer over the top but still need to rub it so the primer has a surface to adhere to.
