How do they differ from sedan tow bars, I have one of those I don't need

There's 3 types of sedan tow bars I have seen 2 mount where back bumper mounts and then trough chasis rails.

There's one I have seen mounts through chasis then at rear suspension leave hangers. Had a support welded in middle with a plate in floor too. That would fit a ute easy

Mine mounted through the chassis and had a support welded in the centre too.
Do you want a photo to see if it might be compatible?
