looking for a simple explanation of where the hoses go from the carbon canisted, the S13 manual doesnt include that fat hose from the bottom of the canister... so thats confusing!

there is vac line written for top of diaphram
purge on bottom of diaphram i think? what is that?
and the other on top says fuel tank which i guess is the obvious one

can someone give me a quick explanation please?

found some pictures, either side of diaphram go to throttle body (hose sizes give away which goes where) other hose fitting from top of can goes to fuel tank.

only question remains is where does the 13mm odd hose go from the bottom of the can?

Exactly .... the atmosphere ... mine just goes to a hole and then out into the air

If you're at all still confused just go down the Nissan isle at any wreckers... they're pretty common

Have you decided where your going to mount it? I saw what Tommo did with his but I'm interested to get some other ideas.

between drivers headlight and intercooler looks possible for me, tempted to put it there because its easy,

under guard is super neat but i think its likely to be a temporary install so im not going to too much trouble

installed today, not plumbed in yet,

does the vent to atmo need an air filter? or is that only for purging out?

this one is from a CA18DE, do i need anything extra becuase im using on CA18DET.... i.e. will boost be a problem?

dunno now... i'm reffering to the 13mm hose from the bottom of the canister, earlier posts recommend it goe to atmo,

the only reference i have found elsewhere says it goes to the chassis rail.... not sure what that means....
