Just needing a quick helping hand.

Whom has some knowledge of places in canberra/sydney (preferably Canberra/Queanbeyan) that could make me up some custom headers for my A15 - the cast iron genie extractors i have just sit too high with the first and 4th port which hit my A15 oval port manifold.

The faster i get some made up. The faster i can sell someone the A15 cast iron genie extractors to someone else :)

That or does someone know if there is an adapter plate i can run from the carby manifold to the engine - im only needing like 25mm adapter. Cause im unable to bend the extractors right at the flange.

You have cast iron extractors?

Perhaps see Stewart Wilkins Motorsport?

Adapters are available off ebay or at a parts stores.

Yeah Cast iron extractors ill try get a pic up for you. I first thought they were custom but they are all one piece except for welded flange either end. (which should mean their cast if its all one piece - not individual pipes welded into the dump pipe)

They seem a bit big and don't fit down past the gearbox and firewall properly (i have to have the engine all the way out just to get them on and put them on with the engine, that and the end for the CAT is that far down almost near the tailshaft) - so they may not even be A15 headers just had the flanges changed/re-welded

The only adapters i can find are for single Carb 32/36 :/

So you are after a set of extractors and/or a spacer?

The spacer would be hard to come by. They are not a common item and would probably need custom machining to produce.

I would be careful on selling those extractors as A15 extractors if you're not entirely sure they are what they are. Having said that It isn't uncommon for a bit of grinding of the flanges to ensure proper/decent fitment.

You might have to upload a picture of the extractors fitted to really clarify.

Best bet for the adapter is to get a flange custom cut, if I were you I'd fix the core problem and invest in some extractors that fit.
