Coupes go for 500 up depending what it's got and the condition,
Most stuff u can use, apart from the doors back on the body, and shocks in the rear
Most 1200 stuff is interchangeable

If you can get hold of a coupe cheap enough go for it. But there are many much better brake upgrades available like 120y,stanza,240k,S13 etc. As Supafatto mentions all the front panels are interchangeable if you need them, but all those panels are also available as repro's with no rust!
The only other part that would be of interest from a coupe is the round face tacho dash.

The coupe has the best center console and hood cowl vents in my opinion too.

1200 disc brakes are the easiest to install -- it is total bolt on. You need the whole strut/brake assembly, the master cylinder and ideally should swap the rear brake cylinders for the type that match the discs.

Most of the others will require some modifications.

I recommend the 280ZX big brake setup, it's totally bolt-on as well, also requires 1200 disc brake struts (but not the 1200 brakes). See 280ZX Brake Upgrade

I mean 1200 disc brake struts. 1200s come with either disc brake struts, or drum brake struts. The strut has different mounting bosses on them for the type of brake that can be fitted.

So if you have a sedan with drum brakes, you will need to obtain struts for disc brakes. The disc brakes will not bolt to a drum brake strut.

Sedans came with either disc brakes or drum brakes. Coupes came only with disc brakes.

Drum struts have four-bolt flange with no provision to bolt on a caliper

Disc struts have six-bolt flange. The two "ears" is where the caliper bolts on.
