Guys my 1200 ute has front disc brakes (120Y im guessing)?
Anyway my car pulls very hard to the right. I had a wheel alignment done (i have noticed no improvements at all) and the guys reckon my right strut is bent so my camber is out. If i look the front right tyre actually rubs at the back of the wheel arch so it seems like theyre right.

I spoke to W.A suspension (much better blokes) they said there is no adjustment to correct something like that with out fitting camber adjustment plates? Where and home much do these cost?

I looked on maddat found Product No - ACT001 "Adjustable Camber Top (pair) for $490
That seems expensive? Would that fix my problem?

Change the struts,That would corrrect it .Camber Top may be expensive.
Fit a B310 ball joint and B310 tie rods

By the sounds of it you have a caster problem, not camber.

Basically (by the sounds of it) your right hand front caster bush is shagged which allows your front wheel to move backwards which causes your rubbing issue plus it basically makes the wheel base on the right side shorter than the left, hence it pulls to the left.
Replace your caster rod bushes and your problems will most likely be fixed. Replace with nolathane for lastability and tightness or with rubber for softer feel.

Darren, do you think a set of 120Y struts would be cheaper than the camber adjustment kit? Are they hard to find?

Shoota, It pulls hard to the right not left. Does that still fit your original theory?

Just get new struts_ check they are notbent and replace. Easiest fix.

Getting camber tops only masking the real issue there.

Would also only hit foot well if bent towards the foot well possibly when turning.

Imho I would replace strut bodies and castor rod bushes. Get aligned and still have change from 499 if you can diy.

Bush kit only $30 struts $100 bare possibly. swap your hubs brakes and inserts onto them (or get new inserts too) and drive away.

I disagree.
$40 for a set of caster bushes. Do that first then see what happens. It's a lot less stuffing around that doing struts.
I would seriously doubt your struts are bent. Unless it's been whacked against a gutter struts don't just bend! If they are, straighten them! Get someone with a press, work out which way they're bent and straighten them out.
Struts for Dattos are getting too rare to just chuck em out based on suspicion!

To answer your question, yes, it will make the car pull right. Think of my basic analogy from earlier that the wheel coming back (due to stuffed bush) makes that side of the car shorter in effect, causing it to pull right.

Nup. Pig dog sold a pair on here 2 weeks ago complete for 150... Shop around.

Yeah get it straightened at a minimum but easier to get a good pair. Swap the bushes too as I agree.

Another point.t what's your intention for the car? Lower it neg camber etc or just stock daily
