Last night (between 3am & 6am, 8/7/12) in north carlton, melbourne, someone stole my newly bought datto, is painted in metallic green paint, S.A. REGO - CC244Z. If you have spotted my car around please contact me on 0434357810 or fitzroy police on 9934 6400 any sighting could mean the difference between me finding her undamaged and recovering a wreck. Please find attached a pic of my baby, and keep your eyes peeled!

Cheers,. Brendan.

Faark man, that's #OOPS#!!!! Sorry to hear that.

Will definately keep an eye out for it. Being green will hopefully help track it down.

Hopefully it shows up, nothing worse than having something pinched. Specially a Datto....

That sucks man. I hope the douchebags who stole it develop a nasty aggressive cancer and die a slow death of 1000 screams. Or worse.
I had one of my cars ripped off last year. It's not a nice feeling.

still no luck, anyone got any ideas? No ute means no work in the landscaping industry, and thanks to everything moving too fast to organise a good agreed value on insurance, im basically screwed. My best idea is to send a poster with $500 reward to all Australia Post distribution centers. The police arent doing anything but giving speeding tickets and pushbike helmet fines, I thought at least if every postie sees a pic, they go to every address out there, they might spot her about. Thoughts?

Mate as bad as this sounds and you'll hate to read this but your car would be in pieces by now and half of it has probably already been put on another car..

After my liberty was stolen and I started building the datto I have marked every part on it so then if it was to ever be stolen I know if anything for sale is mine.. A lot of people do this and next car u get put a few kill switches in and a hidden battery isolator switch makes it a little bit harder to steal unles they throw it straight onto the back of a tilt tray
